KHOU: Christmas lights blamed for Heights-area fire
The Houston Fire Department thinks faulty Christmas lights may have sparked
a fire Thursday in a Heights-area apartment complex, Houston CBS affiliate
KHOU reports.
Houston firefighters arrived to the 1600 block of W. TC Jester and found
flames shooting from the leasing office at the Timbergrove apartments around
1:30 a.m.
They made a fast attack and extinguished the fire before it could spread to
other units.
