Heights art group holds downtown holiday market this week
Spacetaker, a local non-profit artist resource center, will bring its Winter Holiday Art Market, WHAM, to downtown Houston this week.
WHAM, presented by Amegy Bank, is a four-day holiday market featuring work by a juried selection of Houston’s best artists and artisans, according to the press release.
Items for sale include paintings, sculpture, photography, jewelry, clothing, handbags and soaps. This event offers residents the opportunity to shop and support their local art community.
WHAM will take place Tuesday, Dec. 7, through Friday, Dec. 10, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Shops at Houston Center.
