Orange Show to tour the Heights

The Orange Show will host a Heights Delights Eyeopener tour from 1-5 p.m. Sunday. Here's how the art group describes their plans:
Join us as we spend an afternoon exploring Houston's most eclectic neighborhood. We'll discover the many hidden delights of The Heights including...
An "arted up" warehouse, an historic home,
A unique living space for us to roam.
A shipping container house, a folk art theme,
A collection of collections, this tour is extreme.
And of course, as always, there will be other surprises along the way, including a special live performance by guitarist Brian Kalinec. This is one tour you don't want to miss!
Guests travel by luxury motorcoach with beer, wine, sodas and snacks provided onboard.
Tickets: $40 for Orange Show members, $60 non-members.
Space is limited. Please call the Orange Show office at 713.926.6368 to reserve your spot now!
Personally, if I didn't take this tour every day of my life because I live here, I would be all over this. And if I had friends I was trying to convince that the Heights is the best neighborhood in which I have ever lived, I would also be on this tour. (Alas, I have an appointment with a different Orange Show this Sunday afternoon, along with some special guests from the West Coast.)
Still, this looks like a wonderful way to spend what the weather reports say is going to be a beautitul fall Sunday afternoon in the Heights.
