Frank Black Middle School accepts $1K donation

Houston CPA Society Vice President Tom DeGeorgio presents a check for $1,000 to Estella Ruiz of Frank Black Middle School for the school's "panther incentive program," which aims to encourage students' positive behavior.
The check was funded by CPAs Helping Schools.
