Bigotry will never prevail! When discussing topics such as statistics based on race, one who is intelligent chooses their words carefully. Those who bring division and create negative discourse among their brothers creates hate. That hate affects all. "Black students" were the only group specifically identified in the ultimate Heights article regarding a negative audit on special education. The other non native english speakers were not specifically identified. Strange writing Jennifer Radcliff, unprofessional. This is why multicultural adminstrative and teaching staffs are necessary. The dirty, vile and barberous face of bigotry continues to cost us more than we should be willing to pay. A better and fair article, Mrs. Radcliff would have discussed the connection between the disproportionate number of students of color classified as special ed and the bigotry in education, specifically in the heights. This weak racist rhetoric will not stand and I laugh in it's face. Good day. p.s. I did not for get about the non english speaking whites. I am sure they only represent a small percent of non english speakers but they do exist.
