Montgomery County misdemeanors, June 24-30

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of June 24-30:

Leroy Moody III, 0, was charged with driving with an invalid license with a previous conviction and possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana on June 28.

Moody was arrested on June 25 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

Aaa Bail Bond Agency posted a $500 bond on June 25.

Moody is described as a 6-foot-2, 235-pound black male with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on Feb. 26, 1982, in Mobile, Al. His last known address is 1303 Gears Road, Houston.

Curtis Swift Jr., 0, plead guilty to a charge of possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana on July 5. His defense attorney is Janice Katherine Baldwin.

Swift was arrested on June 29 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

On July 6, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Swift is described as a 5-foot-8, 220-pound black male with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on Nov. 17, 1980, in Texas. His last known address is 7211 Pine Hook Lane, Houston.

James Jeffrey Atchley, 0, was charged with driving while intoxicated on July 9. His defense attorney is Judson Tucker.

Atchley was arrested on June 27 by the SHPD.

E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $600 bond on June 28.

Atchley is described as a 5-foot-9, 128-pound white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on Apr. 5, 1962, in Corpus Christi. His last known address is 1138 Euclid St., Houston.

Victor Blake Cantu, 0, plead guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with driving while intoxicated on July 3. His defense attorney is Jeremy Dishongh.

Cantu was arrested on June 29 by the Department of Public Safety.

On July 6, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Cantu is described as a 5-foot-10, 165-pound white male with black hair and green eyes. He was born on Apr. 4, 1990, in Texas. His last known address is 13011 Patel Lane, Houston.

Michael Copaus, 0, was charged with theft of property ($20 to $500 by check) on June 25.

Copaus was arrested on June 30 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office. There was one warrant for the defendant.

Cash Bond posted a $150 bond on June 30.

Copaus is described as a 5-foot-10, 190-pound white male with blond hair and green eyes. He was born on Mar. 19, 1964. His last known address is 746 Bluerock, Houston.

Brandon Matthew Escobedo, 0, was charged with violation of bond or a protective order on July 2. His defense attorney is William Eric Harrison.

Escobedo was arrested on June 25 by the Harris County Police Department. Police reported one victim.

Garcia was arrested on June 28 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

Whitney Theresa Harrel, 0, was charged with driving while intoxicated on July 10.

Harrel was arrested on June 29 by the Port Authority Police Department.

Dany Donaldo Lopez-Escoto, 0, plead guilty to a charge of failure to identify oneself or giving false or fictitious information, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with failure to identify oneself or giving false or fictitious information on July 9. His defense attorney is Jose E Mata.

Lopez-Escoto was arrested on June 28 by the Department of Public Safety.

On July 13, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.
