Harris County arrests and case information, Feb. 26-March 3

The Harris County Justice of the Peace reported activity on the following cases during the week of Feb. 26-March 3:

A court rule for commitment was reported on March 6 in the case The State of Texas v. Shelly Montiel. The case was originally filed on Feb. 29.

The defendant was arrested by the Constable Precinct 2 on Feb. 28 on charges of public intoxication, which allegedly occurred on Feb. 29.

The defendant plead guilty on Feb. 29. The court reported the following resolution: inmate committed. The case is currently listed as disposed.

The address listed for the defendant is 10407 Sage Meadow, Houston. The case number is CR21C1000602.

Robert Grinter was released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. A bond of $3,500 was set for Mr. Grinter, who is listed as living at 5002 N Shepherd in Houston (77018). Grinter was reportedly arrested on one charge of theft between $50 and $500. Read more...

Janet Moreno Guevara has been released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Mrs. Guevara's bond was set at $5,000. She is listed as living at 1206 W Melwood in Houston (77009). Guevara was reportedly arrested on February 16, 2012 on one charge of evading arrest or detention. Read more...

An incident of robbery was reported at 3 p.m. on Feb. 29 in the 400 block of West 19th on Street.

An incident of aggravated assault was reported at 1 p.m. on Feb. 29 in the 2500 block of Yale.

An incident of burglary was reported at 11 p.m. on Feb. 26 in the 600 block of East 10th 1 and 2 on Street.

A burglary was reported near the 300 block of West 17th on Street at 9 p.m. on Feb. 26.

An auto theft was reported near the 1900 block of Ashland on Street at 1 p.m. on Feb. 29.

A theft was reported near the 1000 block of Usener at noon on Feb. 26.

A theft was reported near the 700 block of Yale at 2 a.m. on Feb. 29.

At 4 p.m. on March 1, a burglary was reported near the 300 block of West 23rd on Street.

A burglary was reported near the 300 block of West 27th on Street at 6 p.m. on March 2.

A theft was reported near the 400 block of West 16th on Street at 9 p.m. on March 1.

At 11 a.m. on March 2, a theft was reported near the 1000 block of Stude.

A theft was reported near the 500 block of Granberry at 6 p.m. on March 2.

An incident of burglary was reported at midnight on March 1 in the 700 block of East 11th on Street.

At midnight on March 1, a theft was reported near the 400 block of Harvard on Street.

An arrest was made on a charge of "gv impeding sidewalk" at 12:30 a.m. Feb. 29 on 39th Street.

An arrest was made on a charge of warrant service at 3:01 p.m. Feb. 29 on 43rd Street.

An incident was reported at 1:37 p.m. March 1 on North Main.

An arrest was made on a charge of violations at 1:20 p.m. March 3 on 18th Street.
