Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, June 30

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments Thursday, June 30:
Neil Kurtis Devoe was indicted in the 9th District Court on a charge of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.
Devoe is 32 years old, and resides in the 10373 N. Sam Houston Parkway No. 339, Houston.
The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, Feb. 20.Guy L. Womack is Devoe's attorney.
Benjamin Todd Wotkyns was indicted in the 9th District Court on a charge of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.
Wotkyns is 33 years old, and resides in the 3918 Rock Springs, Houston.
The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, Feb. 20.Geoff L. Womack is Wotkyns' attorney.

Mercedes Lucia Trevino Released
Special to the Chronicle published Jun. 30, 2011Mercedes Lucia Trevino has been released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Mrs. Trevino's bond was set at $500. She is listed as living at 1612 Bingham 1 in Houston (77007). Trevino was reportedly arrested on June 29, 2011 on 4 charges, including failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), no texas operatorattendant driver's license and 2 events of ffailure to attend school. Special to the Chronicle published Jun. 30, 2011Daniel Perez was released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. A bond of $15,000 was set for Mr. Perez, who is listed as living at 4717 Eli in Houston. Perez was reportedly arrested on one charge of manufacture, delivery cs pg i 1-4 grams. Read more...

Special to the Chronicle published Jun. 30, 2011Elijah Taylor has been released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Taylor's bond was set at $40,000.
