Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, June 30

Special to The Chronicle published Jun. 30, 2011

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments Thursday, June 30:

Neil Kurtis Devoe was indicted in the 9th District Court on a charge of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.

Devoe is 32 years old, and resides in the 10373 N. Sam Houston Parkway No. 339, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, Feb. 20.

Guy L. Womack is Devoe's attorney.



Benjamin Todd Wotkyns was indicted in the 9th District Court on a charge of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.

Wotkyns is 33 years old, and resides in the 3918 Rock Springs, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, Feb. 20.

Trevino was reportedly arrested on June 29, 2011 on 4 charges, including failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance), no texas operatorattendant driver's license and 2 events of ffailure to attend school.
